Ben Lacey Sports Massage

We've used Ben's sports massage services a few times now. He really gets in to those spots to help relax tension. Me and my wife suffer from back tension alot and we both felt much better after. Today I've been in a much better mood and can move freely. I'd highly recommend Ben. He's very friendly and great to chat with.

Ben did some work for me on my shoulder after a long standing surf injury. Really good work on the couch and helpful aftercare advice with stretches and work I can do In-between sessions to help. Would strongly recommend to anyone from people with day to day niggles to people looking to maximise performance in any sport.

Great sports massage!
